To view and manage your applications, log in via fundingconnect.com.

View your applications
All applications that you have submitted are displayed on your homepage. From here, you can monitor the real-time status of your applications, review the details of previous ones, and see any that require further information.
Continue an unfinished application
If you are unable to finish an application, you can click Save for later to come back to it another time.
Then login to your account and select the application to continue where you left off.
Please note: Application windows may close without prior notice. We cannot guarantee that an application will remain available if you leave the page and return later.
Messaging & Communication
To discuss an application you have made, select the application and click Communications.
Alternatively, reply to any email you have been sent by FundingConnect regarding your application.
Please note: If a third party submitted this application on your behalf, they may have access to view or respond to any messages within this conversation to help manage your request.
Application awaiting review
Once submitted, all new applications are held for review. While many assessments are processed quickly, others may require a more thorough evaluation which can take longer.
If your application has been awaiting review for an extended period, please use the Communications tab to request an update directly.
Declined application
Applications are declined if:
- The eligibility criteria is not met
- If you have already received an award from the scheme, or another scheme run by the same organisation
- The organisation determined the application didn't fit the current criteria, or for any other reason at their discretion
If your application has been declined, most organisations will provide a reason for the decision. Please check the Communications tab for further details or specific feedback regarding your application.
If you feel your application was declined incorrectly, here is how you can request a review or take further action:
Contest the decision
If you believe your application was declined in error, you have the ability to contest the decision. This will flag your submission for a formal second review by the organization to ensure all details were considered fairly.
Submit a New Application
If you realized that the information provided in your original application was inaccurate or incomplete, we recommend starting a new application. This allows you to provide the correct details and ensures the organisation has the most up-to-date information for their assessment.
Contact the Organisation
Since the final decision rests with the awarding body, any specific questions regarding your feedback or the decline reason should be directed to the organisation itself.
Approved application
If your application has been approved, you will be notified via email.
Click View application, or login via app.fundingconnect.com.
Understanding Your Award Amount
The value of your award is preset by the awarding organisation.
- The total amount has been pre-determined based on your successful application.
- Our support team cannot increase or alter the award amount. If you believe the amount is incorrect, you will need to contact your awarding organisation directly.
The "One-Time" Checkout Rule
Your digital basket is designed for a single-use checkout.
- You must select all your desired vouchers and reach your total award value before finishing.
- Once you submit your basket, it is locked. You will not be able to return to add more items or change your mind later.
Voucher Processing & Delivery
Once you have successfully claimed your award, there is a short "processing window."
- After you click complete, our system begins purchasing your digital vouchers directly from your chosen retailers.
- While most vouchers are processed instantly, some retailers may take 24–48 hours to issue.
